    MooDIY Plans are annual subscriptions that are paid in advance and renew automatically.
  • 2.
    We provide refund only till 30 days after a new order only.
  • 3.
    We don’t offer pro rata refunds on subscriptions that are unused or unwanted due to a change of mind or unsuitability.
  • 4.
    You can determine suitability by subscribing to our free forever plan before upgrading or subscribing to a paid plan.
  • 5.
    If you have been charged unexpectedly for a MooDIY subscription, please contact the MooDIY support.
  • 6.
    To avoid an unwanted or unexpected subscription renewal charge, stop the recurring payments before your subscription renewal date, by logging in to your account on the MooDIY client portal.
  • 7.
    You can also delete your site to cancel the subscription and prevent any future charges. You might like to download site backups before that.
  • 8.
    For any third party plugins or integrations on your site, You and the appropriate third party are the only parties involved in any cancellation, exchange, or refund of a payment related to a third party product.
  • 9.
    Depending on the circumstances, including if the MooDIY Services are unavailable for an excessive amount of time, We may refund the subscription fee for the duration of the outage.
